– “12 Neighbours Community” – ‘Eff-Book’ Header’ –

• The 12 Neighbours Community has an “Eff-book” presence @ https://www.facebook.com/12Neighbours/
• The “12 Neighbours Community” in the photo that should be above this – was concieved of by a local millionaire as a means to not only make sure homeless people have a warm and safe “tiny home” as a place to live, but a supportive network of people around them. The community with 96 tiny homes – grouped into smaller clusters of 12 tiny homes each – is located on a main-ish road { “Two Nations Road” } which, I believe, is through “First Nations Land” { the Canadian version of “Native American Sovereign Territory” } – And along with the 96 tiny homes is a larger building with rooms/apartments for once homeless people who are more comfortable with apartment living than private home living. AND the Community Centre in that larger building has rooms for meetings and class rooms AND a restaurant “Neighbourly Coffee” where the residents of the 12 Neighbours Community can find ‘gainful supportive/nurturing caring employment’. PLUS some of the earliest residents when there were only a handful of tiny homes there – had a hand in constructing the rest of the tiny homes there, and they are building more tiny homes that will be for sale – { I don’t know how much they will cost, but I love that idea. I really like the idea that this community is based on.
• Meanwhile – the ice-hole conservatives in the New Brunswick provincial government have weakened the laws that were put in place to protect renters and fought bills that would in any way weaken landlords’ rights to raise the rent to insanely high prices and evict tennants from low income housing, demolish the existing buildings and put up high priced, high end high rise condo type apartments. Calling these political conservatives “Beedy Grastards” up here is an exercise in stretching ‘redundant’ beyond the limits of reason.
• Also Meanwhile like : We’re getting spam phone calls from National Conservative Party shills asking us if they can count on our support at a rally featuring the Beedy Grastard who has been demonizing anything ‘Liberal’ and trying to convince voters that if they don’t elect a majority Conservative ‘Government’ in the next elections Canada will become a totalitarian ’Socialist’ State complete with Gulags and taxes @ something like 5,000% beyond ridiculous.
• AND the love of my life and I cannot understand why so many people have been duped into voting for the Beedy Grastards who promise “Tax Cuts” in every election – and deliver tax cuts to the richest beedy grastards in this country and deliver cuts in services to everybody else. Time for a heavy metal version of “When will they ever learn” ?
• Ya think the greedy will realize how badly they ‘Fupped Up’ only after the working public they screwed out of decent paying jobs can no longer afford to pay for their shoddy merchandise and they all go bankrupt financially? Instead of just being bankrupt spiritually and philosophically like they have been all along?
