Today’s lead article on the CBC /news/ page is about Police charging the man who impersonated a sergeant, wearing a military uniform and wearing medals that were not his on Rememberance Day. You may remember earlier articles which reported that after the first CBC News article identified him as a phony, he and wife began receiving threats. I don’t know how severe those threats might have been. There was some debate over how serious a crime this could have been, impersonating a soldier. Many were shocked to believe that anybody would actually enforce this law.  —jim w—

Fracking linked to Alberta earthquakes, study indicates  { * – Carmen Langer had just left his bed to grab a drink of water when he felt his house northeast of Peace River, Alta., begin to shake. – “At first I thought I wasn’t feeling very good that day… and it was just my blood sugar, but no, it shook pretty good,” Langer said about the Nov. 2 incident.

– Moments after the shaking stopped, his neighbours were calling, asking if he had felt what they just felt. – “After a few minutes, I realized it was an earthquake,” Langer said. – There was a small earthquake on Nov. 2 in Peace River, just northeast of Peace River. The recently published study involving Alberta researcher Jeff Gu indicates fracking may trigger earthquakes in the province.  – Natural Resources Canada (NRC) registered a small, 3.0-magnitude earthquake that was “lightly felt” from Three Creeks to St. Isidor in northern Alberta at 11:14 p.m. MT. NRC said on its website there were no reports of damage, and that “none would be expected.” – Jeff Gu, a seismologist at the University of Alberta, said the earthquake could have been caused by shifting rock formations in the region — but added there could be another possible explanation. – “Certainly that region is not immune to earthquake faulting, but I would say having actual earthquakes in that area is relatively recent, relatively new,” he said. – Gu is one of three authors of a recently published study in the Journal of Geophysical Research, a peer-reviewed publication that looked at four years of earthquake data around Rocky Mountain House. The study concludes that waste-water injection into the ground is highly correlated with spikes in earthquake activity in the area. – It is the first study of its kind conducted in Canada that links industrial activity to induced earthquakes. – “The conclusion was that the industrial activities could, in some cases, potentially trigger or facilitate earthquake occurrences,” Gu said. – Alberta earthquakes increasing – Since 1985, fewer than 15 earthquakes above a 3.0 magnitude have been recorded anywhere in Alberta, according to the Alberta Geological Survey’s website. There has been an increase in earthquake activity since the 1960s, the organization says. – The Peace River earthquake is not the only one that has shaken the province in the past few months:

• In October, a 2.7-magnitude quake was recorded about four kilometres southwest of Banff.
• In August, a 4.3-magnitude earthquake was registered near Rocky Mountain House, causing about 500 customers in the area to lose power for several hours.

– Gu said the research into whether waste-water induction and fracking are related to earthquakes is still “really a work in progress.” –  “There has been more and more evidence, increasing evidence, in the last few years in particular — in Arkansas, in Texas and actually more recently here,” Gu said. – But he said there is nothing to fear right now. – “I’m not worried until we get a conclusive answer on whether these are caused by industry or not, whether they are naturally occurring,” Gu said. – Langer, however, is worried. – “With all the stuff that’s going on in my community, I’m feeling quite concerned about it,” he said. “We’re having all kinds of environmental problems in the community… Something has to give here.” – *  —djo—   }

– Moments after the shaking stopped, his neighbours were calling, asking if he had felt what they just felt. – “After a few minutes, I realized it was an earthquake,” Langer said. – There was a small earthquake on Nov. 2 in Peace River, just northeast of Peace River. The recently published study involving Alberta researcher Jeff Gu indicates fracking may trigger earthquakes in the province.  – Natural Resources Canada (NRC) registered a small, 3.0-magnitude earthquake that was “lightly felt” from Three Creeks to St. Isidor in northern Alberta at 11:14 p.m. MT. NRC said on its website there were no reports of damage, and that “none would be expected.” – Jeff Gu, a seismologist at the University of Alberta, said the earthquake could have been caused by shifting rock formations in the region — but added there could be another possible explanation. – “Certainly that region is not immune to earthquake faulting, but I would say having actual earthquakes in that area is relatively recent, relatively new,” he said. – Gu is one of three authors of a recently published study in the Journal of Geophysical Research, a peer-reviewed publication that looked at four years of earthquake data around Rocky Mountain House. N.B. abortion access prompts St. John’s demonstration.  { This was an anti-abortion demonstration, I remember when a friend of mine wanted to stop at an anti abortion demonstration on State Street here in Ithaca and have the demonstrators sign petitions stating that they were ready to support the desperate mothers (regardless of any addictions and/or other problematic conditions) for at least 18 years and support any child that mother might have for 18 years (again, regardless of any health problems, physical or ‘other’) or until that child graduated from a college or university of the child’s choice (( at the demonstrators’ expense )) or, for the child’s entire life if he or she tested positive for any one of a number of “Challenges” such as intellectually or physical challenges or disabilities. He was ready to shout, ‘You do this and I’ll believe you’re actually committed to your cause.’ His fiancée at the time threatened to leave him. That relationship didn’t last very long. I can not take sides on this issue. I believe everybody has to make that decision for themselves (Preferably ‘Herself’) & I don’t know if anybody knows all the psychological, emotional, and spiritual implications and consequences of either choosing to abort or stopping someone else from making that choice. I’m really glad I’m not a woman. (& a couple women friends have accused me of being a coward for not supporting their side of this issue.  Quite a few, as a matter of fact, from both sides.)  }

This is another “Must Read” that I first heard about while listening intently to Coast to Coast a.m. If you never heard about this, you’re in for a shock and at least a little bit of disbelief.

Dr. Mary Sherman was a Cancer Research Expert and Professor at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana (U.S.A.). She was recruited to help a group of scientists who were working on a top secret project. The project was so sensitive that her assistant was given a body guard. Her assistant’s body guard was a C.I.A. agent named Lee Harvey Oswald. She was working directly with a character you may have heard of if you’ve paid any attention at all to all the conspiracy theories around JFK’s assassination, David Ferrie.

The project she was working on involved a very virulent cancer causing virus that had been nicknamed “The Monkey Virus”. The ‘top’ US “Intelligence” agencies wanted to develop a way they could infect Fidel Castro with this virus.

Here’s a question for you, “Did the introduction of antibiotics after World War II trigger the Polio Epidemic?” —Antibiotics kill off the good bacteria. When the good bacteria can’t keep intestinal fungus in check because they’ve been killed off, the fungus grows and puts its roots through your intestinal walls. The polio ‘germs’ can then get through your intestines and into your blood stream and work their way to your brain where the polio begins eating your nervous system. That’s when Polio does its dirty work.

Two things probably got Dr. Mary murdered. One thing was, she knew Lee Harvey Oswald and knew that the profile of this man, which was made public when he was assassinated and charged with assassinating JFK when he couldn’t defend himself, had nothing to do with the real person that was Lee Harvey Oswald.

The other thing that may have gotten Dr. Mary murdered was the fact that she knew that the deadly Monkey Virus had contaminated millions of doses of Polio Vaccine and that this contaminated vaccine was distributed and given to virtually every child in the U.S.A.

Dr. Mary Sherman was probably murdered by somebody using a high voltage particle accelerator. There is a possibility that somebody sabotaged the particle accelerator and she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Her right arm and the right side of her chest were incinerated, basically disintegrated, including her ribcage. Somebody stabbed her in the heart, either to mercifully allow her to die in shock and not have to suffer through waking up with part of her body missing, intestines all over the place, liver hanging out… Or- to make sure she was completely dead and couldn’t tell anybody anything. She probably died in the Federal Research Laboratory near or at Tulane University. Her body was discovered in her home. Somebody moved her body there, thus removing the jurisdiction from the Federal Government (as in the F.B.I.)
