\u2022 The 12 Neighbours Community has an \u201cEff-book\u201d presence @ https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/12Neighbours\/
\n\u2022 The \u201c12 Neighbours Community\u201d in the photo that should be above this – was concieved of by a local millionaire as a means to not only make sure homeless people have a warm and safe \u201ctiny home\u201d as a place to live, but a supportive network of people around them. The community with 96 tiny homes – grouped into smaller clusters of 12 tiny homes each – is located on a main-ish road { \u201cTwo Nations Road\u201d } which, I believe, is through \u201cFirst Nations Land\u201d { the Canadian version of \u201cNative American Sovereign Territory\u201d } – And along with the 96 tiny homes is a larger building with rooms\/apartments for once homeless people who are more comfortable with apartment living than private home living. AND the Community Centre in that larger building has rooms for meetings and class rooms AND a restaurant \u201cNeighbourly Coffee\u201d where the residents of the 12 Neighbours Community can find \u2018gainful supportive\/nurturing caring employment\u2019. PLUS some of the earliest residents when there were only a handful of tiny homes there – had a hand in constructing the rest of the tiny homes there, and they are building more tiny homes that will be for sale – { I don\u2019t know how much they will cost, but I love that idea. I really like the idea that this community is based on.
\n\u2022 Meanwhile – the ice-hole conservatives in the New Brunswick provincial government have weakened the laws that were put in place to protect renters and fought bills that would in any way weaken landlords\u2019 rights to raise the rent to insanely high prices and evict tennants from low income housing, demolish the existing buildings and put up high priced, high end high rise condo type apartments. Calling these political conservatives \u201cBeedy Grastards\u201d up here is an exercise in stretching \u2018redundant\u2019 beyond the limits of reason.
\n\u2022 Also Meanwhile like : We\u2019re getting spam phone calls from National Conservative Party shills asking us if they can count on our support at a rally featuring the Beedy Grastard who has been demonizing anything \u2018Liberal\u2019 and trying to convince voters that if they don\u2019t elect a majority Conservative \u2018Government\u2019 in the next elections Canada will become a totalitarian \u2019Socialist\u2019 State complete with Gulags and taxes @ something like 5,000% beyond ridiculous.
\n\u2022 AND the love of my life and I cannot understand why so many people have been duped into voting for the Beedy Grastards who promise \u201cTax Cuts\u201d in every election – and deliver tax cuts to the richest beedy grastards in this country and deliver cuts in services to everybody else. Time for a heavy metal version of \u201cWhen will they ever learn\u201d ?
\n\u2022 Ya think the greedy will realize how badly they \u2018Fupped Up\u2019 only after the working public they screwed out of decent paying jobs can no longer afford to pay for their shoddy merchandise and they all go bankrupt financially? Instead of just being bankrupt spiritually and philosophically like they have been all along?
