– Sunrise – A little after 8:45 am this morning –<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

— Cathi found a notebook of mine from 1993 –<\/p>\n

Who Am I ?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I believed<\/p>\n

I was the electric silence<\/p>\n

that nearly rang inside<\/p>\n

and all around my head<\/p>\n

-the magnet pull<\/p>\n

in my heart<\/p>\n

-the questions I held<\/p>\n

to the heavens<\/p>\n

-the answers I starved<\/p>\n

and thirsted for<\/p>\n

-the promise to listen<\/p>\n

for those answers<\/p>\n

-the welling within my<\/p>\n

chest<\/p>\n

– which reached<\/p>\n

through darkness<\/p>\n

-and promised to do<\/p>\n

the best I could<\/p>\n

until I knew<\/p>\n

which name<\/p>\n

God would call me by –<\/p>\n
