They HAVE to raise taxes right?<\/p>\n<p>If we explore the issue we find a different story. <em>A double set of books is set up,<\/em>( Similar to the Mafia) only one of which the public sees that being, operating budget\/expenditures. <strong>Arnprior<\/strong> for example is KNOWN to have the $7 million it received from the sale of <strong>Hydro Arnprior <\/strong>which has been invested untouched for 9 years, (in 2002) <em>but they can\u2019t fix the roads<\/em>. Other previous investments over 70 years we will not know until people demand it. (<strong>Arnprior<\/strong> annual budget is $10 million)<\/p>\n<p>(New York City alone has $1 trillion of \u201chidden investments\u201d, <em>but they can\u2019t fix the roads<\/em>) <strong>ALL<\/strong> levels of Government\/School boards\/Pension funds etc.\u00a0 perform this deceit . <em>The Ontario Teachers\u2019 Union<\/em> owns The Toronto Blue Jays for example,\u00a0 <em>\u2026.. \u00a0Rogers\u2026..<\/em><em> Buying a majority stake in Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment from the Ontario Teachers\u2019 Pension Plan<\/em> http:\/\/benmaller.com\/2010\/12\/blue-jays-owners-to-buy-nbas-raptors-nhls-maple-leafs\/<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cafr1.com\/STATES\/\">http:\/\/cafr1.com\/STATES\/<\/a> listed <strong>CAFR<\/strong> by US \u00a0states Can.
